I'm Jessica and I love food. A lot. I love to eat it, talk about it, cook it, and watch shows about it on TV. Few things get me more excited than perfectly crisp bacon, a mouth-watering juicy burger, or smooth and silky salted caramel.

My dream job would be something that allowed me to write about food for a living, getting to travel and explore new places and new flavors. Until that time, this blog is my hobby, and I'm happy to be sharing my culinary adventures, and a little about my life, with you!
